A few tips to stay positive in these times of CoVID

  • Limit your NEWS intake. Consume content that is required to be known.
  • Do not believe in all the information flowing in on WhatsApp university.
  • Meditate or do breathing exercises 5 mins every morning. This will relax your mind.
  • Find time to do some physical exercises. 
  • Spend quality time with your family. Try out fun activities and games at home.
  • Extend your hand to those who need support around you.
  • If you are not affected, THANK GOD and make sure you stay safe. Pray for all those who are affected.
  • Eat healthy food.

Stay strong! We will all overcome this very soon. Nothing is permanent in this world. Stay Safe for now!
